Erika joined the Rally team in 2009, just as people stopped answering the phone. She has guided the company through the growth and development of Prospecto, Rally's signature prospecting platform, and the team members who work daily with clients. Her journalism experience gives her insight into how to provide concise and interesting information that engages an audience, while her leadership of the company is developing business managers with strong technical and service skills. Erika is also responsible for finding new clients (she uses Prospecto - you should ask her about it).

Mike Cannon directs both the business and product development strategies for the company. Over a 30 year career at the intersection of sales and technology Mike’s mission is to marry relevant and sophisticated technology to an effective and simple prospecting work process. To the extent this balance is achieved in Prospecto, he is being successful. As an active prospector and user of Prospecto himself, he understands what it takes to be successful using this methodology.
With a career in enterprise software development including key leadership roles in the enterprise software field, Mike has an unusual depth of experience in this arena. Mike’s passion for sales led to his co-authoring The Selling Machine, a no-nonsense guide for B2B salespeople.
He holds a degree from Washington and Lee University where he studied English and Business.
