What does it cost to work with Rally?
Your invoice is based on the number of verified records we have for you in our database, and how much additional support we provide. Most of our clients should budget $2000-$3000 a month.
What do I have to do?
You have to respond to prospects who answer emails we send on your behalf. A live response is too important to leave that to someone other than you, the expert. Your account manager will work with you on other ways you can reach out to priority prospects.
What will Rally do for me?
Your account manager at Rally will find new prospects for you, verify their email addresses, write content for nurturing emails, send, monitor and manage your database, provide training and sales coaching for this electronic means of prospecting.
How soon will we start seeing activity?
Your first step is a kick-off call, where your account manager gathers all the necessary information to build your account. Within a week, we begin sending emails for you. As soon as 24 hours after we begin sending emails you will see early stage responses from prospects.
How are you different from other marketing platforms?
You will have to operate most marketing automation platforms. Rally operates it for you; all you do is check in to your dashboard for responses and priorities.
Do you set appointments?
Your Rally account manager (RAM) can help you with early stage prospecting, which – in our philosophy – drives prospects to the phone as quickly as possible.
Why do I have to commit to a contract?
You likely sell a high-value service or product to prospects who don’t purchase them often. So, our process nurtures those who aren’t ready to talk to you yet, because they don’t have a need for you yet. The nurturing process doesn’t always provide immediate results for that reason, so we need at least six months to make sure you communicate with your prospects when they need you.
How do I review the activity?
Your account manager will hold regular meetings with you to show you who has responded, and who’s been active in your database most recently. You’ll also receive a login to the Prospecto platform the will show you the activity via the dashboard.
Are these qualified leads?
These are prospects in a firmographic that you’ve helped us identify, and who have responded with some level of interest, either by replying to an email or visiting your website. It’s up to your team to close the deal.
Why do I have to answer emails?
Prospects are more likely to answer a cold email than a cold call. Your RAM will teach you the abbreviated technique we use to communicate on email, always encouraging the prospect to talk on the phone. If your prospect has a need, they are likely to schedule a call with you if they know who you are and what you want to talk about, and that it’s beneficial to both of you.
Do you guarantee results?
We measure success by the statistics our email campaigns report in terms of electronic activity (opens, clicks, visits, etc.). We can’t gauge when or if a prospect needs you, but we do know how many emails we need to send, how many need to open, and how many need to visit your website to know that the campaigns are effective.
I’ve been burned by other lead generation companies. What makes you different?
Rally is working in partnership with you; we do a portion of the work, and hand off a portion to you. Your RAM will work alongside you in your database, and keep in touch with you on a regular basis about the progress of your lead development.
What if I don’t have a good list of prospects?
The first thing Rally does is develop a list of new prospects for you. If you have a list, we can include it as well, or we can exclude current customers from our list development.
How much time will this take me?
We recommend you spend 30 minutes each day prospecting. Some days there will be more to do than on others. Working closely with your RAM, you’ll learn the ebb and flow of lead development.
